I absolutely love this idea with the newspaper. I adore violas so much, thanks for making them stand out!

How lovely! These would be great for any party, I think. I love the shade of purple and the simplicity of the newspaper. (And I'm totally cliché with you on the French charm!)

So simple, but adds such a darling touch. Love it!

Super charming. Nice job!

Oh my gosh. How cute! I am a sucker for paper-wrapped flowers...love!!

so sweet! love the idea as favors that your friends can take as they leave. thanks for sharing which newspaper you love to use — not only are French words more romantic, but let's face it, our papers tend to be filled with depressing news!

I think I might use this idea to ditch the shiny paper that some of the plants from the store come in. Thanks!

Hey, Jen I actually had a friend who speaks fluent French check out the text on this! Some of it is not the best, but I guess as long as your guests don't read French! Maybe try to use the art or wedding sections!:)

And yes. Katherine, they make PERFECT hostess gifts and are so quick to whip up! Glad you enjoyed the idea!

I love the idea of using French newspaper - a lovely touch to a beautiful project.

I love this idea Chelsea. So beautifully executed and photographed, as always!

Oh, good - we were planning to do something similar with heavy brown paper and potted lavendar plants when we celebrate our marriage this summer (it's either that or tiny bouquets of ranunculus on the tables), and I'm happy to see how cute this looks!

fantastic!

It is so lovely. I love violet-colored flowers so much.

How stunning! Both the idea and the photos. Love the use of newspaper.
