I was thrilled to discover Taste Matters, a Portland-based eating design studio created by Tricia Martin. These photos are from Uprooted, a recent event she created. Notice the vintage postcards used for place cards, the potato sack napkins, and the multiple utensils at each place-setting (to spur conversation between guests). Read more about her philosophy, see photos and read recipes on her website and blog.
