I love them! I have been trying to design invites for my wedding that are sophisticated and fun and quirky and sexy too, I have been inspired, thank you!

okay, elisabeth: i have to let you know that i have these invites ripped out of martha stewart. one of my all-time favs! (didn't they use buttons for something, too?) okay, i'm obsessed. :)

I know! And I think what makes them so successful is that there's a great balance: fun text with really muted ink. Printed in 2 colors it would have looked ridiculous. Another is that the all of the various elements aren't squared at the edges. I totally love it.

Oh and yes, there were buttons and fake mustaches and a fun spin on favors. And all against a fairly elegant setting. Again, perfect balance.
