I use a sink skirt and love it. Not only covers up the pipes but great for hiding my recycling bins. :)

yes, a farmhouse sink almost needs a skirt, doesn't it? the best thing about it is, you can always swap it out for a different one (even just a vintage tablecloth) if you need a change. i have one at home and love it.
