I picked these peonies up at a flower farm for $5 a bunch and then dropped them into a bunch of simple white containers.

OK -- I really, really need a flower farm near me. These are incredible! Peonies are one of my favorite flowers...we've got 4 bushes, 2 of which are ginormous and about to burst. Can't wait!

My favorite flowers. I really love the ones that are a big petal ball- also they are one of the only flowers that look almost as beautiful when they drop their petals on the ground.

These are sooo pretty. My friend is getting married next week and is having peonies at the wedding. She asked for them to be "almost falling apart". Her florist's concept = "they will spend their last day on earth making your wedding day special." I thought that was really special. Happy Friday!
