It makes me thrilled to know there are still wedding photographers out there shooting with film. I recently discovered A Bryan Photo from Birmingham. Their photos are just gorgeous and mostly film. They also make these sweet Polaroid books for couples to take home the day of their wedding. Such a fantastic idea! If your photographer doesn't offer something like this, have a friend volunteer to snap a few thoughtful Polaroids to take with you that day.

I agree - photographers who still use film are a rare find. There is something sweet about using film for me - I take more time with my photos and pick my subjects, moments, and images more carefully.
I hope film photography doesn't die completely.
